I love my dualsonic! It instantly firms up the jawline after use and reduces sagging over time. I notice my 11 lines (wrinkles between the eye brows due to frowning) becomes less visible after using it for a few times.  As it stimulates collagen production, my skin looks glowly a few days after each use. While it is not as strong as the salon used hifu machine, dualsonic is a great little device for skin maintenance.

The device is easy to use and sleek in design. It looks great on the dressing table! 

The after sale and customer service is also excellent. I had a problem with the face cartridge and got an immediate response from the customer service team the following day despite purchasing the cartridge over a year ago. They even left me a phone number and had a video call to discuss the issue, very helpful.

Overall I am satisfied with the product and services and will continue to purchase additional face cartridge.
