I got this as a Christmas gift from my husband. I’d been complaining that my face looked dull lately, so maybe that’s why he got it for me. I’ve been using it in different modes, and compared to the previous wired device I used, this wireless dualsonic is much more convenient. I’ve only been using it for about a week, so I can’t say for sure about the results yet. (When I took the main device out, the charging box fell and scratched my leg. I think that part could be improved.)

What a ridiculous and maddening product. I should have just gone to a dermatologist. I was renting this product and paying 70,000 won, living alone so there was no one else to touch the machine. The protective film got torn, so I sent it in for repair, and they told me there were only about 700 shots left and that replacing the film and inner parts would cost 330,000 won.
When I called, they explained that the cartridges have a fixed number of shots, and once they are used up, you have to buy more. I admit I didn’t read the fine print carefully, but still, you don’t expect to buy or rent an expensive device and then find out you have to keep purchasing parts. I tried to get a refund but gave up. Instead, I’m sharing how unfair this is everywhere I can.
They even called and suggested I just buy a new unit because I’m almost out of shots. I was furious, it felt like they only cared about their sales numbers. I’m planning to file a complaint with the consumer protection center. I only found out today that after using up the shots, you have to pay 60,000 won again to repurchase. Read all the reviews carefully before you buy so you don’t waste your money like I did.

I made a big investment and bought two, one for my daughter and one for myself. We both love it. My skin feels brighter, softer, and more hydrated. These days, I even go to work bare-faced without any makeup.

I’m in my mid-forties with very sensitive skin. I started on level 1, which wasn’t irritating at all, and now I use level 2. I’m planning to keep it up and have high hopes for the results.

My husband bought it for me as a birthday gift. I think I won’t need to visit a clinic anymore. We went to the offline store in Sinsa to try it in person before buying. The staff were very kind, and the store was clean and beautiful. The set also came well-packaged.I’m writing this review because I used the faceup mode mainly on my husband’s face. He has fuller cheeks and deeper smile lines. In person, the results were amazing, even though the photo doesn’t fully capture them. Next week, I’ll focus on the jawline.
