Check your energy level first and try to increase it. Apply moisture gel to cartridge film and holding the device as described on the picture (the usb charging terminal should be elevated) press the Ready/Standby button to activate the output. Then press the Mode/Shot button to see if the gel is splashing. If the gel is splashing, the device is working normally. Maintain the bottom of the device (part with USB charging terminals) always on top during treatment (between 20 and 160 degrees on a device basis) and be sure that the contact between film and skin is tight.
